How it Works.

Experience Stress-Free Tailgating with Us.

SET UP
We ensure your tailgating experience is seamless and enjoyable. For all noon games, our team will have your tailgate set up by 8am, and for all other games, we will be ready by 10 am. Before the first home game, we will coordinate with you to understand your specific setup preferences.

TEAR DOWN
Noon games - breakdown of your tailgate is 2 hours after the game ends. 3:30 games - breakdown of your tailgate is 1 hour after the game ends. For evening games - tear down will occur immediately after the game concludes.

BAD WEATHER - In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to promptly dismantle your tailgate setup to protect the integrity of our game day equipment and supplies. Your safety and the preservation of our gear are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding should weather conditions require immediate action.

WEATHER POLICY
Tents will only be set up in the absence of inclement weather or high winds. In the event of game cancellations or delays due to weather, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be issued. However, we will provide a $100 credit towards your next rental.
